Behavior Policy
The Jackson Wild Summit is committed to providing a safe, hospitable, and productive environment for everyone present, regardless of ethnicity, religion, ability, physical appearance, or gender. It’s important to remember that a Summit where people feel uncomfortable or threatened is not a productive one. Accordingly, Jackson Wild prohibits intimidating, threatening, or harassing conduct during the Summit and events.
This policy applies to Summit speakers, organizers, volunteers, and delegates, as well as volunteers, organizers, mentors, and assistants.
Harassment of participants will not be tolerated in any form. Harassment includes:
Jackson Wild Summit organizers may take action to address any actions or behaviors that disrupt the Summit or make the environment hostile for any participants. We expect participants to follow these rules at all Summit events, Summit-related social activities, and volunteer activities.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Jackson Wild staff or volunteer organizers immediately (in person or by email).
We value your attendance, and want to make the Summit experience as educational, productive, and fun as possible.

- Sexual images in public spaces
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following

- Sustained disruption of talks or other events
- Inappropriate physical contact
- Unwelcome sexual attention
- Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior
