Jackson Wild Media LabThe Jackson Wild Media Lab (JWML) Digital Edition, is a cross-disciplinary virtual science filmmaking workshop that brings scientists and media creators together to learn from leaders in the profession and work together to develop effective tools to communicate about science, nature, and conservation with diverse audiences across the world’s evolving media platforms.
In addition to the Media Lab, the Summit is offering virtual Summit Fellowships and a virtual Mentorship Program, connecting early career professionals with leaders in the industry. |
Media AwardsNature film’s equivalent to the Oscars®, the Jackson Wild Media Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in nature, science and conservation storytelling, with 20+ content, program and craft categories of competition, this year. This year’s submissions include over 620 category entries from over 30 different countries competing for 30 awards, including the Best of Festival Grand Teton Award. Finalists were selected by more than 150 international judges who together screened over 1,200 hours of media.
