About Volunteering at the 2026 NATURE MEDIA EXCHANGE

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us for the Nature Media Exchange — Jackson Wild's joint event with the Hollywood Climate Summit, taking place November 9–10, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. We seek enthusiastic team members who are self-motivated, committed, and passionate about conservation, wildlife, and the power of storytelling. As a volunteer, you will be an integral part of our team and play a vital role in the event's success. You will have the chance to work alongside industry professionals, gain valuable experience, and make meaningful connections with other like-minded individuals.

There are plenty of ways to get involved, whether you're interested in event operations, production, or simply lending a helping hand. What you can expect as a full-time volunteer:

  • A pass to attend the 2026 Nature Media Exchange (with possible Awards Gala overflow attendance)

  • Networking opportunities with fellow volunteers and the Jackson Wild and Hollywood Climate Summit communities

This program does not include:

  • Travel expenses to and from Los Angeles

  • Lodging in Los Angeles

  • Meals outside of any event-provided meals

2026 Important Dates

  • Application opens: September 2

  • Application closes: September 30

  • Applicants notified by: October 9

  • 2026 Volunteer Dates: November 8-11

time commitment

  • Volunteer: 15 hours

  • All volunteers must be available both November 9 + 10, in addition to either a load in shift on November 8, or beak down shift on November 11.

  • Volunteers should be available for three 5-hour shifts over these three days.
