What to Expect: Sunrise Excursions
Rain or shine, Sunrise excursions will run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, departing and returning to Jackson Lake Lodge 6:00am - 9:00am Signups coming soon! Hosted by Obsidian Expeditions, meet at the front of Jackson Lake lodge to be transported to a scenic location in Grand Teton National Park for a sunrise shoot with you the newest and best equipment from your favorite brands.

What to Expect: Gear on the Terrace
Weather dependent, Gear on the Terrace will take place on the Terrace of the Lodge from 12:30pm - 2:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday Gear on the Terrace is a special opportunity where our exhibitors give you the opportunity to test out their gear. From 12:30 to 2:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday the industry's top equipment will be displayed on the terrace, just outside the lobby, to the right. The Jackson Lake Terrace provides iconic views of the Tetons, making for the perfect setting to demonstrate what their gear is made of!

What to Expect: Exhibitor's Floor When: September 25th 12:00 - 5pm, 26th & 27th from 9:30am - 4:30pm, and the 28th from 10am - 2pm. We will be closing early on Thursday to leave time for our evening event. Explore our unique exhibitor floor—a compact yet carefully selected space that brings together top players in the wildlife filmmaking field, offering an intimate setting with significant opportunities.

Having one-on-one chats with gear representatives is a breeze. The floor is open all through the summit, so you can easily drop by between sessions or workshops. This setup keeps things moving smoothly, ensuring you won't have to navigate through crowds to finally have a conversation with the rep you've been wanting to meet!
